Hello aspirant,
JNTU pulivendula is better than kalikiri as pulivendula has a state rating of AAA+ and it has a ownership of government and it is approved by All India council of Technical education (AICTE). It has good placement and good facilities as compare to kalikiri. Pulivendula is improving day by day.

So I prefer you to take pulivendula JNTU.
