No, application form hasn't released yet of JNU, Delhi but the vice chancellor of the university has stated that application form may get released on 1st August subjective to the situation of pandemic, and if everything goes well then the entrance test will tentatively get in fourth week of September,this is to be decided by NTA as it is the conducting authority, the report came out in one of the leading newspaper, however you should wait out for the official announcement regarding this to know the exact details and confirmation for the same.

National Testing Agency will release JNU 2021 application form in July, in the online mode. The NTA has not yet released the application form but as it is the month of July it is expected that the NTA will soon release the application form. keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The application form will be available only in the online mode. Candidates can pay the application fee of JNU 2021 application form in online mode via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking.
