Hello aspirant,

JEE considers 75% in PCM(boards) as an eligibility criteria. But whatever might be your score above 75% in PCM, it doesn't matter. It doesn't alter your rank. They might not have checked it in the counselling centre but they will definitely check when you report at the College that you get in.
