Though 37K in KCET is quite less score. but as per your question, hope is there.

there are many colleges that takes till 45K also.

so you might get a college but getting a good or decent college is quite tough.

I would suggest you to drop a year or find an alternative to get into other colleges or try comedk or any other exam, as getting with 37K rank will not land you onto any goos college.
