AIIMS BSc Nursing course can be pursued by females only. So it makes you ineligible for BSc Nursing course.

If your query is concerned about AIIMS BSc post basic nursing then yes, male or boys candidates are also eligible but to be eligible for AIIMS post BSc nursing  you must be registered as RN i.e registered nurse or RM i. e registered midwife with any SNC i. e State Nursing Council.
