firstly I would like that mention that both are govt . colleges which has free seats ! On Comparison, both are equally good in their fee structure .

for Kurnool Medical University , for AIQ candidates is 10,250Rs.

for Sri Venkateswara University also its 10,250Rs.

Both are good with their Academics as well.

So choose as per your Locality and if distance is a concern ,then go for the one which is nearby.(Also HOSTEL fees varies)

Kurnool college is better in case of fees structure and it's an affiliated college.Plus they provide more seats as compared to Sri Venkateswara university

Otherwise both colleges are government college.
