Yes you can. My mate got enrolled in MLNC with 62% marks.

There is hope.

But if you are aiming for the elite colleges, chances are unsubstantial.

Also, it depends on courses of your choice. The favourite ones like CS, Maths, Physics, English etc. demand very high percentage (>90%). If you have quota, then circumstances may feel propitious.
