Hello Azharuddin,

Yes you can get scholarship there. Uttar Pradesh Samaj Kalyan Department award scholarship to every student of UP Domiciles. You have to fill a form released by UP Samaj Kalyan Department. You will get refund of your tuition fees of your course as scholarship.
