Some  colleges are open for admission now and some are not so there is 50-50 chance . I would advise you to check the website of the college in which you will apply . In some colleges the fees have to be paid by 29th July which is today , so try to look at their website or contact the college office .

Please explain about which course you have completed and the marks you scored. 
However in general one can take admission in a reputed college or university by clearing it's entrance exam.  For MSc in mathematics the candidate could be from BSc or BA provided he/she had maths as a subject.  There are very limited no.  Of seats available for this course.
