Surely,You can do bachelors in English literature...the only eligibility is the interest and marks you scored in your higher secondary,ie,purely merit based seat allocation. ..Follow the admission procedure of the college...
Follow the steps mentioned...

1. Apply online in the official website of the college.
2. There you are asked to give some personal details include mobile number, dob,name,etc..
3. Then you have to upload  the passport size photo and signature of yourself by scanning them.
4. Once,your application got selected, you will get a login I'd and password,you can use it to login anytime to see the details.
5. And you are asked to upload the original certificates(scanned) of yourself.
