Generally the cutoff is decided on factors such as difficulty of exam, previous year cut off trends, and availability of seats and total examinees. Checking the previous year cut offs would give you and idea of the trends. 

Also, the eligibility for Bachelor of Physiotherapy applies to candidates who are over 17 years of age, they must pass high school courses with physics, chemistry. English and biology with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in physics, chemistry and Biology.
