You have to score 380 - 480 for your desired college but you score only 326. In NEET counselling seat allotment is done by merit bases. In that case you may get or may not get we can't say defintely every year cut off will vary. Once try in college Predictor you get an idea about which colleges are there to get a chance in admission.
