Firstly congratulations on that great score. Economics (Hons) is a higly demanded course especially under Delhi University. Delhi University colleges are expected to release the cutt-off list on 12th October,2020.However, recently DU's St. Stephen College released cutt-off for ungergraduate courses and the highest seems to be for BA Economics (Hons) at 99.25% for commerce students , 98.75% for humanities students and 98 for science students. You may know that the selection is based on one language and three best academic subjects. But according to the past trends the cut-off for top colleges ranges beteeen 96%-99% .With your pecentage you can easily get admission into good DU colleges. You can use the DU college predictor tool to know more,but you can expect  Delhi School of Economics, Lady Shri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce or Hindu College. These are all the top colleges for economics and the cut-offs may vary slightly with each stream , but you can for sure get into a very good college with this score in ISC board.
