Yes , you will have to do the whole process of giving the Law CET exam and qualifying it again , your previous year score and rank holds no value now as it is only valid for the year(one time validity only)  you gave the exam.

Since you have already gave the exam once you will have a good enough idea about the paper pattern so it will not be really hard for you to qualify this exam provided you do the hard work.
