Dear Aastha,  you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 493
OBC: 482
SC: 326
ST: 282

Now this is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it is speculated that the cut offs in GMCs will go higher by 25 marks.

Hi
Madhya Pradesh will conduct the counselling for admissions to the medical colleges of the state. The counselling is done on the basis of NEET 2018 rank of the candidates.
The counselling will comprise three rounds followed by a college-wise  vacancy round. The MP cutoff of NEET 2018 will be published after the final round of admissions.
And seats should be allotted in different categories
And if you want more information please go through in this link
