Dear Pranali, Medical Council of India (MCI) has agreed to consider a proposal by Dental Council of India (DCI) for a Bridge course for Dental professionals to double them up as General Physicians. This is the latest news dated July 2018. Nothing concrete has come out yet. Once the proposal has been acceoted, DCI has to design the course structure and curriculum before it is officially floated. As of now there is no news on any bridge course.
