HI SHAIK,

All IITs and NITs conducts admission for MTech only through GATE, every year. Some IIITs like IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Delhi, which conducts PG entrance exam like,

IIT Delhi M.Tech Entrance Exam
IIIT Hyderabad PGEE
