If you can afford, just qualifying NEET UG Entrance Examination can fetch you a medical seat in a private/deemed college.

Qualifying Percentile in NEET -
Unreserved/General Category - 50th percentile
OBC Category - 40th percentile
SC Category - 40th percentile
ST Category - 40th percentile

However it is advisable that instead of spending money on college tuition fees, more money should be spent on online resources (Dr. Najeeb Lectures/Dr. Been Lectures/Lecturio etc.) and books. Study hard, score good marks and try to get a government medical college.
