the basic eligibility to get admission in the course M.Sc. medical lab technology is candidate must hold a bachelors degree in medical lab technology or in any science stream with a minimum aggregate of 55 percent marks in graduation , admissions will be done on the basis of entrance exams conducted by the reputed colleges

some of accepted exams are AUCET,CUCET,CG,PAT,NEST,GSAT

So you are eligible for the MSc MLT course.
