Well with 450 marks getting a government college through 15% AIQ is difficult. However of you have state domicile it might help ease ul the situation.

Even if you have domicile of Chattisgarh according to last years cutoffs you are in a tricky position.Because the state medical college closed at d score of 458.

So your chance of getting a seat is uncertain and shall depend on this years cutoffs. And cutoffs tend to vary every year depending on several factors like number of candidates, difficulty of paper etc. 

If cutoffs go down you can have a chance.

You can also try for private/deemed universities. You will stand a better chance there.
