Yes you can take admission in Delhi University for B.Tech without cracking JEE mains exam, you have to give entrance exam to be eligible to get admission in the university.
Cluster Innovation Centre is the only institute that offer B.Tech in University of Delhi. You have to clear the entrance exam to get admission.
