With 83% in 12th you have chances that you will get colleges of university of delhi. But also its depend on course which you want to study. Also in top colleges of DU the cut off are high for OBC category stugents also. 

So, just keep checking the cut off and you will get admission.

There are chances to get admission in delhi university, les chances in second list but list is out on the website you can check the list.

Then wait for other lists, you will get admission, but just keep checking list.
