To get into IIIT-H you need a mark above 250 and if you want a 4 year program there in CSE then a mark of 275 is must. Then coming to IIIT-A the recruitment is done by JEE main rank so you need to score 220 to be in the safe zone. You need a rank below 3500 to get into IT 4 year course here. IIIT-A is ranked 11th in India in computer science,much better than IIT Gauwhati. So the demand for college is rising day by day and there was also a package of 1 cr offered by Google.
