This is the first time ever when AIIMS Rishikesh and other Aiims are conducting admission through neet  examination so predicting cut off marks for getting into Aiims  is quite difficult .

Also,

cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination, number of students that appeared in the exam,  etc , also AIIMS will be providing admission through only 15 % all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

keeping these things in mind you should target around 650 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Rishikesh if you belong to general category
