What I understand from your question is that you had a back in Mathematics in 2018 and also appeared for CET admission test and now that you have cleared maths in 2019 you are interested in admission through KEAT counseling.

Since the KEAM scores are valid for one year alone thus your 2018 KEAM scores have no credibility in the next year although you have cleared the subject you had a back in. So now what you have to do is to reappear  for KEAM again this year and upon qualifying the exam you can participate in the counseling process post which you would be allotted a seat based on your merit.
