If you have completed your post graduation in Environmental Sciences then you are eligible for UGC NET provided that you have completed your PG program with 55% if you belongs to General category and 50% if you belongs to any of the reserved category including PwD, because according to the information brochure released on the official website of NTA ( https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=56&LangId=P )

"Any candidate having 55% marks in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from institutions/universities recognized by UGC in subjects like Computer Science &Applications Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science and other subjects enlisted in the Annexure IV of the given PDF are eligible for UGC NET."

Note that the code which you have to use during application of UGC NET is 892 for environmental sciences .
