As you haven't mentioned your category I would like to tell you that 540+ marks are enough to get a seat in Christian medical College Vellore if you belong to unreserved category as last year least marks to secure a seat under management quota was 536 marks but if you belong to SC or ST category you have to score 560+ marks as last year least marks to secure a seat was 556 marks from SC category and 558 marks from ST category. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.Wait until official key had been uploaded in order to weigh your options
