I went through the CMC Vellore Website. Under admission section, there were uploaded lists of candidiates admitted in different years. The latest one was of 2016.
In 2016, closing Percentile Score (NEET) - 69.844767
According to data released by CBSE, about 7,31,223 candidates had appeared for NEET 2016. So a candidate with a percentile 69.844767 must have a rank of around 2,20,502. So to get this rank, you will perhaps need around 300 marks.
However, its better that you target for a score of 350-400+.
