May private candidates are eligible for aiims and jipmer 2019..??

We can't say that for 2019. But this year a s per NEET 2018 brochure, private candidates are ineligible. The exact words of the brochure are “Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open Schools or as private candidate shall not be eligible to appear for NEET (UG).”
