Both MBA and Msc  are completely different field and offers different career scope to students. MBA in finance, MBA in Human resource or MSC in cemetery are postgraduate courses and offers good job scope to its students. I'll recommend you to join the course in which you have interest. If you have interest in finance and numbers then go for MBA in finance. If your interest is towards personnel management then you should go for MBA in HR and if you have interest in science then go for mSc.
