Chances are less to get into any decent private colleges. Also I will suggest you to take a gap if you are passionate about medical studies and give NEET next year and take profession guidance this year if you feel so.

what is the scopeof B.Sc(hons) courses if I do?

Bsc hons is a general course and if you want you can prefer doing some specialization in this course like Bsc in Physics, Maths etc..
There is an entrance exam for the same in most of the universities.
