Dear Sandhya, AP MBBS seats are categorised into AU,SVU and OU areas. You need to be a locale to that area to gain seat under that area. Having said that, we do not have 2019 data yet. In 2018, the cut offs for each area under General Category has been as follows:

AU: 533

OU: 526

SVU: 517

And in Tamilnadu, 426 marks secured a seat in Salem Government Medical College, That was the cut off. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019, the cut offs increased by 60-75 marks in general. So based on the area, you are a locale to, you need to aim for atleast 600 and above for AP and atleast 500 for Tamilnadu..
