If you are asking about central pool quota, Central Pool Quota seats are those reserved seats in NEET which have been obtained through voluntary contributions from various State or Union Territories which basically do not have that much dental or medical institutions of their own.

Now there are specific categories of students who can apply for central pool quota seats. Would request to check the  official website of Ministry of Home Affairs to get the document for allocation of these seats and also the eligibility criteria.
