Dear Keshav ,

Mostly every college using English languages at the time of teaching with hindi also there is no rules only teaching in English or hindi ,but if you having problem or not understand something ,then you can ask in hindi there is no problem .But we have to free in both languages because now days everywhere English is most important or try start learning English .
