Yeah definitely you will take admission in UG courses like B.sc and B.tech that doesn't matters a lot from which board you have given your 12th examination only your percentage will be counted. And for taking admission in top engineering colleges you have to give it's entrance examination as well in which 60% is the eligibility criteria.

Yes, surely. Mostly colleges have eligibility cutoff of at least 75% both for b.sc and b.tech. So of course you take admission in either of them.
