It's okay there is no problem as they are from different years you can submit any one you want. Don't submit both it'll be illegal.

But it's illegal if you're giving board from two different boards in same year.

If you produce a particular marksheet in any institution and you got admission/selection then for whole life it'll be your final marksheet and you can't claim on the basis of second marksheet. Because it's legal to do two times 10+2 in different years but illegal to use at same time .
