If i have two marksheet of class 12 one is from NIOS(2020) and one will UP board (2022).Which marksheet i show in neet counseling.Is i am eligible for NEET.Is it legal or not.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you if you have marksheet of class 12th then you should probably use the marksheet from which you have filled the form of neet as if you use marksheet differently it will lead in cancellation of your admission as there will be 2 results of class 12th. So use only one result everywhere.
