   Considering you NTA percentile you mentioned your probable General rank is 6,71,406 and corresponding category rank is under 57,000. With this rank you will not be able to qualify for JEE ADV so you cannot expect IITs. Now, coming to NITs you can still not expect top NITs but yes you can expect colleges like NIT sikkim. You can also some IIITs and other state government colleges. But yes it's not the end you have one more option to appear for JEE mains, so try to maximise your marks in that exam.

Sorry to say that you are not able to qualify the jee mains examination though you are an SC candidate.
According to the the official notification of NTA, student who is scoring above 70 percentile for general category will be qualified for the exam.since you are belongs to sc category,you may have chances to get qualify for the jee mains exam.
But you may not able to get NITs or IIITs.
But it is just an notification so please wait for the offivial results on april.
