As for the cutoff for BCom , for general category it was 71. YOu can take BCom without having maths as a subject in your 12th.  Maths in class 12th is not compulsory for B.Com in Jamia M Islamia but there is a high chance that you will have  mathematics as a subject in the second year of B.Com .
