Now MGIT is affiliated by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and MEC is affiliated by Osmania University, Hyderabad . Now if you consider, the curriculum then Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad have a better curriculum. The faculty strength in both the colleges are great. The placement rate is much more compared to that of MEC. For fields such as CSE, MGIT have a very good placement greater than 95%.

So I would recommend you to go for MGIT as it offers you more opportunities.
