MHT CET 3 year LLB 2021 application window is not yet opened. In fact the official notification regarding the entrance examination is not yet released. It is being delayed due to the current situation in India due for Coronavirus. So you do not have to worry about the registration as it is not yet started but please do check the news from time to time regarding the entrance exam for which you want to apply. Once the application window is opened you can apply for it.
