MNIT Jaipur is a good choice in this case as civil is one of the good branches with a lot of government jobs. As far as MNIT ALLAHABAD is concerned it is really a good college but biotechnology is a little boating branch for engineering comparatively you should go with civil at MNIT Jaipur.
