Most of the universities will release the M.Sc. admission form around December or January and the entrance exam will be conducted in May. You can either name the individual university here or could visit their website to know about the exact admission procedure.

As per your concern application form for MSC 2019 has not yet released. Admission form will released in month of april and may. And then only admission will take place on the basis of entrance exam which will be conduct by university. You will have to wait till that.
