While really high salaries can be secured from any of the branches if you are a truly great candidate, on an average, the salaries are dependent upon the job market and options available, in that respect,

- MBA

- MCA

- M.Sc.

This would be the ranking for reasons that include:

- MBA graduates have more job opportunities and varied job profiles (can fit anywhere)

- MCA graduates are more or less outshined by engineering graduates for IT and CSE related jobs

- M.Sc. degree, in the Indian context, has lost some value because of engineering and other fields, most people do M.Sc. for research or academic careers and not for direct placements.

Still, a rough package idea for all there courses would be:

MBA - 2.5 lacs to 7 lacs per annum (average packages offered around India)

MCA - 2.5 lacs to 5 lacs per annum

M.Sc. in IT or CSE - 2.5 lacs to 4 lacs (depending on the kind of college you graduate from)
