msc physics after bsc information technology is possible or not ????

If you have Mathematics and Physics in atleast 4 semester of your course with 55% marks or 6.5 CGPA you can pursue MSc Physics from IIT's/NIT's by qualifying JAM.

You have scopes in most of the national universities if you qualify this criterion. State universities usually needs  BSc(H) in Physics.
