Hey Ruthvik.

See if u are opting a college through COMEDK entrance exam u must be aware that the college tuition fees lies between 1,15,000 to 2,00,000. So if u want to take concessions in ur btech career u should have applied the scholarship forms for that.

Otherwise u can ask for any concession in the fee structure if u are having a good merit point in the entrance exam but that can be discussed only when u physically approach them.

Can you suggest some forms for scholarship as I never fill up these type of forms. Also I want to know about average placement in comedk colleges

See u can fill some of the national level exams for ur scholarship
AIEESE
AIYSE and there are many but these too are premiere in them. But u should have good marks in the entrance exam of these to avail it.
About the average placements of COMEDK it depends upon the college u are chosing it ranges from 7lpa to 50lpa.
