The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree with atleast 50% (general category) and 45% (reserved category) from a recognised board to be eligible.The admission is based on merit in MAHCET/ CAT/ CMAT/XAT/MAT.

Your 12th marks are not considered only bachelor's degree percentage is considered.
