Surely, you can seek Admission by scoring in JEE MAIN or NATA as you are eligible on the basis of the +2 marks.

Eligiblity criteria of scoring in +2 for having admission in Sir JJ college of Architecture for an applicant is

• Applicants who have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English from a recognized board are considered eligible to apply for B.Arch.

Admission to B.Arch. is done on the basis of valid score obtained in NATA or JEE MAIN.
