Looking at your state rank you might be of SC or ST category.As you can see you have much high rank in general maharstra state rank,I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college this year.Mmbs and bds are of no chance but you can hope for BAMS and physi but it depends on how many students apply for that.

Also you can get seats in private medical college.
