With a score of 261, unfortunately you cannot get a Government Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges also. You might get a Management Quota seat. This year the cut offs have increased way higher and so you will need more than 400. You might have to reappear for NEET. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good. That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021.
